I had lots of fun and luck at the markets this weekend,
working on my inventory for the upcoming opening of Linen Haus!

Vintage linen table runners with red french ticking from the 1930s.
They are still in stunningly good condition, with a silvery sheen.

I bought *lots* of vintage botanicals from Vienna with
vibrant colors and a variety of designs.

I find them irresistable: rustic, charming and so versatile!

Vintage linen tea towels - again beautifully preserved.
I wonder with a lot of these linens if they were stuck away
in a drawer long ago by a wealthy "Prominente" here in Munich and never, ever used!
Some of you have asked about the timing of the shop opening. First of all thanks so much for your interest and enthusiasm!
